The Half Marathon starts on Avenida João Paulo II and follows a succession of broad city avenues, including Dom João II, António Palha and Robert Smith.
The course then reaches the São Bento and São Pedro sector before returning through João XXI, Imaculada Conceição and Cidade do Porto.
